Standard Fee Schedule

  • Franchisor Creation
    • Initial Fees – $47,500 for full system
      • 2 payment options:
        • Full Payment = 50% down, 25% after 30 days and the balance upon completion of the FDD (at launch meeting)
        • Monthly + Late fees = $7,500 down + $4,000 per month
          • When the 1st franchise sold, pay down the balance with half of the then-current balance,
          • Pay off balance with the 2nd franchise sale
      • Available discounts (can use only one discount)
        • MinorityFran or VetFran – 10% discount
        • IFA Member or MFV Show – $5,000 discount prorated if sign at show
    • On-going Fees
      • State registrations – $1,000 per state; home state is free
      • Trademarks – $1,000 each (for our Franchisor’s only) $2,000 otherwise
      • Operations manuals – $10,000 and up.
      • Renewals – $375 per hour, plus state fees. Included, if on monthly retainer
  • Marketing & Legal Compliance – $1,500 per month plus 5% of sales
  • Existing Franchisor FDD modification – $10,000
    • Manual review – $5,000
    • ProcessPeak creation – $7,500
  • Manual rewrites – by attorney quote only
  • Franchisee FDD review – $2,000. (10% discount if they attended a seminar / Expo)
    • Franchisee FDD negotiations – $375 per hour with 2 hour minimum
  • Legal Entity creation – $2,000/$2,500 depending upon # of members
  • Trademark – $2,000 for first trademark, $1,000 each additional (10 year term of service)
  • Copyright – $1,000 for first copyright, $500 each additional
  • Litigation – $375 per hour with 2 hour minimum, retainers will be determined by attorneys
  • Biz opportunity – $25,000
  • License Agreement – $5,000
  • General legal services – $375 per hour with 2 hour minimum
